ORIGINAL ARTWORK All original artwork available on this site has been created using the highest, Professional Artist Grade products and materials. Pastel paintings are professionally framed with archival materials. Oil paintings are professionally stretched over timber stretcher bars and neatly stapled and finished on the back. All original pieces are sold framed or stretched and are ready to hang. All artwork is signed and dated. Artworks created in oils are varnished with a non-yellowing, clear varnish for permanent protection which imparts a slight gloss to the surface.   LIMITED EDITION PRINTS Giclee Limited Edition Prints are reproduced on 400gsm Arches 100% Cotton Rag paper or Artist Quality Canvas. Prints on paper are purchased with an archival, bevel cut matboard and acid free foamcore backing ready for framing. Signed and numbered on the front, bottom margin. Prints on Canvas are purchased stretched and ready to hang. Signed and numbered on the back.   CERIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY A Certificate of Authenticity is issued with each Original Painting and Limited Edition Print.   PURCHASE Each purchase enquiry is treated individually with requests and queries addressed as soon as possible. Artwork may be purchased using Direct Bank Deposits, Personal/Business Cheque, Money Order, Credit/Debit Card or PayPal. If you are purchasing from overseas, you will need to Log On to the Members Area where you can finalise your order on a secure server using a Credit/Debit Card or PayPal account. A separate invoice for freight will be sent to you via email and will need to be finalised before artwork can be dispatched. Discounts apply to previous customers and multiple purchases.   COMMISSIONS Commissions attract a 30% surcharge and a 25% deposit of the agreed purchase price is required before commencement of artwork which in some cases (dependent upon the subject) may not be refundable if you choose to cancel the commission once it has been commenced or decline to purchase the artwork upon completion. You will be notified upon request of the commissioned piece if this should be the case. During the creation process, you will be kept up to date with progress photos via email. Once the piece is completed and you are 100% happy with the finished piece, the remainder of the agreed price will need to be finalised before the artwork can be delivered. Depending on the size, medium used, style and subject, a commissioned piece can take anywhere between three weeks or three months to complete.   DELIVERY (AUSTRALIA) Delivery within Australia is Free of charge. Original artworks and Limited Edition Prints on canvas are delivered fully insured by Woolahra Art Removals, Pack & Send or by Australia Post Courier depending on your location. Please allow 5-10 days delivery time for Original artworks. Limited Editions on canvas will need to be stretched and reworked for texture and gloss and will require 3 days drying time therefore, delivery time is between 10-15 days unless already in stock which will take 5-10 days delivery time. Unframed Limited Edition Prints on paper are delivered by registered post and are fully insured. If the print is in stock, you can expect it's arrival within 3-4 days otherwise, please allow 5-7 days. You will be notified of the delivery day via email and/or telephone. Purchases may also be picked up or you can organise your own delivery if you wish.   DELIVERY (INTERNATIONAL) International deliveries incur a freight charge which is based on weight and destination which includes insurance. Import Tax Duties will be paid by the customer relative to their country.   PACKAGING I personally inspect all artwork and Limited Editions prior to being professionally packaged. Great care and precaution is taken during the packaging process to ensure that the artwork is free of damage and/or faults and that your investment arrives to you in perfect condition. Limited Editions on paper will be packaged flat, between robust cardboard sheeting and securely wrapped in weather proof, high strength plastic. Original paintings and Limited Editions on canvas are bubble wrapped and packaged in custom made, specialised cartons and securely wrapped in weather proof, high strength plastic.   GUARANTEE If you don't 'LOVE' your newly, purchased artwork and are dissatisfied with it for whatever reason, I will happily refund the full purchase price once the artwork and Certificate of Authenticity has been returned to me within 14 days of the purchase date. The artwork must be undamaged and sealed in it's original packaging and any freight costs incurred for the return of the artwork are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.   MEMBERS AREA This is a secure area for Private, Corporate or International customers whom wish to purchase artwork using a Credit/Debit Card or PayPal account. A username and password will be sent to you once a sale has been established if you prefer to use this method of payment. You will be required to Log On using the username and password supplied to you which is valid for a period of seven (7) days after which it will no longer be active. To reactivate these Log On details, I need to be notified in order to reactivate your Username and Password. Once you have made your purchase, a receipt for your purchase will be immediately emailed to you. Upon notification of payment, I will promptly prepare your order for dispatch.   WEBSITE IMAGES Although the greatest care in preparation of the website images has been taken, some variation in colour and shade accuracy may occur. This depends upon your computer's operating system, system setup, and screen. This may be more apparent on older style screens. Please do not hesitate in requesting further images to be emailed to you if you are concerned about the accuracy of the images on this site. You will find that the image, quality and detail of the artwork surpasses that of the website images.   WEBSITE UPDATES This website is updated on a real time basis. When a Limited Edition is sold out, it will be advertised on this website. All purchasers of that edition will be notified by email.
